• Auditorium

  Located in the Middle School Building, the Auditorium is our largest performing arts space on campus. It has room to comfortably seat over 400 individuals and has a wireless mic system, projector, and different settings for the house lights. Stage lighting can also be provided by the theater manager for those interested in using our spotlights. Great for dance performances, movies, concerts, or large meetings.

• Cafeterias

  SCH has two cafeterias and a sustainable café. 

• Chapel

  Located off the main entrance of the Wissahickon Inn, the Chapel has seating for over 200 adults. It was built in the 1800s and recently restored as part of a grant received by SCH. It includes a built-in sound system and house lights. Perfect for weddings, meetings, or celebrations of any kind.

• Outdoor Athletic Fields

  Our outdoor athletic facilities include two turf fields (including one by our stadium with bleachers) and four grass fields which can be used for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, or football. There are also two baseball fields and one softball field, as well as a smaller playing field that can be used for soccer or lacrosse. Perfect for practices, tournaments, or summer camps.

• Recital Hall

  The Recital Hall has seating for about 75 adults and is full of natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows. A piano is located on the risers, which allows for all concert guests to see the performer. It is perfect for small concerts, recitals, or other small gatherings.

• Sands Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership

  The space dedicated to the Sands Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership is a collaborative, multiuse learning space. It contains small workrooms, conference rooms, robotics and design labs, and a large open presentation space with projector. It can support small groups of 10-15 individuals or a larger reception-style event for up to 150 people. Perfect for receptions, meetings, and presentations.

• Tennis and Squash Courts

  Our seven regulation-sized tennis courts are located next to the Steel Sports and Tennis Pavilion, which features bathrooms and elevated observation levels for coaches and fans. Two sets of squash courts (total of 10 courts) are located on both the Willow Grove and Cherokee Campuses. Perfect for practices, tournaments, or summer camps.

• Vare Field House

  The Vare Field House has space for three full-length basketball courts side by side separated by dividers. It also can be set up to have one court with bleachers for spectators. The Vare Field House also has a fitness center, lockers, dance studio, and indoor rowing tank. Perfect for basketball tournaments, indoor practices during the winter, or other athletic events.

• Woodward and Kingsley Gyms

  Located in the Athletic Complex, the Woodward Gym has a single basketball court and is perfect for practices or a single game. The Kingsley Gym can have three full-length courts operating side by side. It also can be set up to have one court with bleachers for spectators. Perfect for basketball tournaments, indoor practices during the winter, or other athletic events.
