    2025 - 2026
    Head Coach: Brian Zalasky

The boys' Varsity soccer program is historically one of the strongest in the Inter-Ac League, regularly recognized to be the best league in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The Blue Devils, also known colloquially as the "Hillers," boast 14 Inter-Ac titles highlighted by a run of eight in a row under SEPA, PSCA Hall of Fame Coach Jim Talbot from 1987-1994. More recently, the program won back-to-back titles in 1999 and 2000 with former LA Galaxy defender and FoxSports commentator Daniel Gargan ’01 (Georgetown '05) and Jeff Larentowicz ’01 (Atlanta United FC and Brown University '05).

The winning ways returned last season. The 2017 Hillers proved to be one of the most successful teams to run out on the field in the program's storied history. An Inter-Ac title (won in the last 10 seconds of extra time in the last game of the regular season) was followed up by the program's first PAISAA State Championship, a tournament started in 2011.

Over the history of the program, SCH soccer has produced dozens of NCAA soccer players. These colleges and universities include Brown University, Dickinson College, Emerson College, Franklin & Marshall College, Georgetown University, Goucher College, Lafayette University, Middlebury College, the University of North Carolina, Princeton University, Ursinus College, among others. Several of these players went on to represent their colleges or universities as captains.

Brian Zalasky, a member of the English faculty and Dean of Students, has been part of the boys' program since 2012. Taking over the Varsity program in 2016 from alumni Joe Disalvo '96 (UNC '00), Zalasky looks to continue the strong tradition of the program. He believes developing a student's character and emotional identity is vital to the student's development as a soccer player.

Zalasky is a graduate of Elizabethtown College ('06) and was a member of 2004 Commonwealth Conference championship team, which lost Johns Hopkins University in the second round of the NCAA Division III tournament. After graduating, he spent two years as an assistant coach at Elizabethtown before heading north for graduate school at Dartmouth College. He has ten years of coaching experience from U-8 players through college athletes. At SCH, Zalasky has a 27-12-5 record (70% winning percentage).
