    SCH Boys’ Crew believes that the pursuit of rowing necessitates a commitment of individual development and teamwork, respectable behavior on and off the water, and that this commitment requires personal responsibility and full accountability.
     
    SCH Boys’ Crew upholds this culture by providing an opportunity to develop student-athletes through practice and competition to achieve excellence in college and in life. Through the reciprocity of commitment, SCH Boys’ Crew has been designed to provide a structured, process-oriented training environment to create technically proficient scullers who will be physically strong, physiologically fit and to be competitive in races by embracing the concepts of intensive preparation and flawless execution.
     
    The mission of SCH Boys’ Crew is to develop highly motivated scullers into becoming competitive, high-performing student-athletes and is intended for serious athletes looking to gain racing experience and reach their full rowing potential. SCH Boys’ Crew will pursue excellence at local and national regattas.
     
    Many of our athletes go on to pursue this ultimate team sport in college and beyond. SCH Boys’ Crew is proud to list Olympians Adam Holland ’90 and Tom Paradiso ’98 among our alumni.
